Bleu Kloud Service™ = Better People Networking Experience and New Revenue Streams

We are excited to announce the commercial availability of the BLEu Kloud Service™ (BKS) solution designed to serve the needs in small to very large people networking events and public areas such as conventions, exhibits, business waiting area, or multi-dwelling residences where there is a need to broadcast important contact information such as exhibitors list, participants list, speakers list, utility services list, food, hotel and transportation lists. The service is a packaged service consisting of:

1. a system of bluetooth beacons that broadcast a dynamic contact list (eKloud™) to a specific area
2. an integration service for creating the required accounts, contact list landing page, and entries of the contact page.

We at Kontakme believe that the efficiency on how participants manage contact information that they receive or give away in an event can still be improved significantly using the BKS solution. How? A networking event is one single place where paper business cards are exchanged in large numbers and it can be overwhelming to encode these information in a personal contact list. Current solutions require web development knowledge to create and manage an online contact list of all participants which can jack up the cost and often affect the accuracy of the contact info. The list using the current methods, is more often than not, not compatible with smartphone contact lists. BKS makes it easier to create and manage this public contact list and also makes it easier to save the contact information of people of interest during the event by broadcasting a single dynamic contact list to all participants. By dynamic, it means the admin of the list can edit the list on demand. The broadcast can be received* using any of these apps which are free to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play:

Android users need not download anything. They can turn ON their preinstalled Google Nearby and bluetooth services in their smartphones and they're good to go. Once the apps are running, the user will be able to receive the notifications that contains the contact list and they can open it up from any regular Internet browser. The BKS solution excels in several ways compared to the current methods:

1. Administration - compared to other online directory solutions in most events, the management of the contact list in BKS is simplified and does not require an IT or web development personnel to edit it. Participants of the event are added during the registration which requires the participant to sign-up for a Kontakme account. The account can be reused in other BKS powered events making it much easier to register in other events in the future. The administrator can add or delete a contact link on demand.
2. Key Word Search Function - The list is fully searchable and would allow a participant to view a person's business profile which makes it easier to know who you want to network with.
3. Paperless. No more paper business cards to bring home nor you do not need to bring one during the event in case you don't fancy paper business cards anymore. But if you do, you can always get Kontakme's Contact Link Plus+ business cards. These are "tap to save" business cards that compliments the BKS Service.
4. Economical in the long run. One contact link is all you need for an unlimited capability to send your contact information. You don't need to limit the number of people who can get your contact info unlike the limitations in a paper business card.

You walk into a large trade show exhibit. You stopped at one booth that catches your interest. After talking to the booth representative, she reminds you to save her contact link in your online contact list. You grab your smartphone and open the Physical Web app and you can actually see her contact profile in the list that appears in your app. You click her profile and it opens her contact page. You then save the contact page into your online contact list. And while you were doing that, she also opened your contact page and saved it in her online contact list. All these happens in less than 30 seconds*. You then move along to the next exhibitor and repeat the same process for exhibitors whom you think will be a future business partner. And while you are doing that, other exhibitors in the vicinity will also get a chance to check you out, too while you are in the proximity of their booths. There will be enough information in your contact page to read, for them to be able to call you out by name and start a meaningful conversation if you are a person of interest and it works both ways.

And if you have little time to spare and cannot checkout all the exhibits, you can always access the trade show exhibitors' contact list through the BKS using the Physical Web app. Once you open the trade show contact list you can save it in your online contact list, too or you can browse the list of people manning the booths. You can search for specific keywords of interest and it will give you the names of the people who matches your search criteria. You can filter the list using keywords until you get the desired people who work for the company you want to talk to. It is basically a trade show directory in the palm of your hands.

And when you get back to the office or when you go home and want to go over the contacts you have met or have not met, but you want to connect with, you can access your online contact list from your computer and enjoy the convenience of the keyboard and mouse to further remove and add contact persons from your contact list using the trade show directory contact link. You can download their vCards to your local contact list or CRM if you need to. But you may not need to do that anymore because most contact pages are so complete that you do not have to add anything. And regardless of how many contact links you store in your contact list, it will not slow down your device. What more can you ask?
