Kontakme's online contact list called the Kloud has been tweaked to support the creation of group lists. It is ideal for companies big or small and can support an infinite number of entries.

Whether you are running a handful of people or an organization spanning across the Globe, the group list can handle it. What is great about it is that the owner of the group list has full control of who can be part of the list. The list can be made private (for internal use only) like an internal directory of the company or it can also be made available to the public in cases like clinics, emergency centers or in a real estate firms. Each person in the group list is required to have a contact link.

Below is a sample of a multi-business card stand. This is very common in hospitals and clinics. They need to be checked and refilled every now and then. It also consumes space.

Using Kontakme's group list, the large multi-business card holder can be replaced with a small acrylic sign holder equipped with QR codes and NFC scanning technology that can be used to launch the contact list in a smartphone.

When you travel, you normally have to take some time to write down your contact information on your bag tag, right? And you also have to add an address which can be your home address or your destination address depending on which part of the trip you are at.

By adding a contact link generated by our system on your bag tag plus a few instructions, we can remove the inconvenience of doing these little but annoying chores. You can switch between your pre-defined addresses and display or hide your contact information from your smartphone.

The contact links are also designed to send the location information when they are opened. The level of accuracy depends on which device was used to open the contact link. If the device such as a smartphone supports assisted GPS technology and with the location service turned ON in the phone, the accuracy can be more or less 15 meters. Without assisted GPS, or if the finder does not want to share their location info, the accuracy goes down to at least a 1 mile radius.
